The Willpower — Instinct

The Willpower Instinct: How Self-Control Works, Why It Matters, and What You Can Do to Get More of It by Kelly McGonigal, PhD, presents a science-based guide to strengthening willpower by focusing on three core components: "I Will," "I Won't," and "I Want" power. The book outlines how self-control acts as a trainable muscle influenced by biology and psychology, offering practical "willpower experiments" to improve focus, manage stress, and reduce impulsive behaviors. It also covers the "what-the-hell" effect and the importance of self-compassion, providing actionable advice for overcoming procrastination and temptation.

    • Hi Carlos,
I’m sure it has that, but I have not used anything like this on that low level as on other ARM. With using a Linux a lot of the hardware is hidden behind the device drivers.
