Define the .package file as a container format for The Sims 4 that holds 3D meshes, textures, and metadata.
It is a new mesh (not a simple recolor). Note that the original version was not hat-compatible due to UV mapping limitations.
Originally released with 18 EA default colors and 43 Pooklet colors .
