The 2022 film Slumberland (released as El País de los Sueños in Spanish-speaking regions) is a fantasy adventure directed by Francis Lawrence that reimagines Winsor McCay's iconic early 20th-century comic strip, Little Nemo in Slumberland . The film features Jason Momoa as a flamboyant outlaw and Marlow Barkley in her debut role as Nemo.

While the original 1905 comic followed a young boy, the film gender-swaps the protagonist to a girl named Nemo.
