I am currently trying to extract the 2000v1137 set, but I'm running into an issue with part3.rar .

You must download all parts into the same folder before extracting Part 1. Important Technical Reminders:
Multi-part .rar files require all parts (Part 1, Part 2, etc.) to be in the same folder. You only need to right-click and "Extract" the first part; the software will automatically pull data from Part 3.
